Here is a list of all the crops in Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland! There are only 4 crops and they can be grown every season (I'm not sure about Winter though).
Seeds are bought at Lyla's Flower Shop. Also, you buy seeds individually. So unlike the previous games, when you plant a seed, you only plant it on one square! You only have 64 spaces for crops on your field. Crops are in 8 rows of 8.
Another note is not to plant seeds on rainy days. If you do this, your seeds can be washed away and it's basically a waste of money.
